C-130 over Serbia

Driving towards Belgrade on 22/8, saw high wing transport - thought it was a Swebian A.F. AN-26. After another look it looked more like a C-130.
Diverted to Batajnica - but nothing there. Went to Nikola Tesla airport. Guess what was there -
An IDF/AF KC-130H Serial no 420 on the apron. No idea what it was doing there.
