Post by paddyboy » Sun May 18, 2014 5:34 am

Hi Peeps :P

Thought it was time to post another in the series up

Getting a bit thinner both on the ground and in the air, but we would still all kill to get those glorious days back, wouldn't we :)

As for those prices....... :Wow:

Hello Paddyboy,

I am glad you retained those, even though they do increase my blood pressure when you post them. ;)
Think I had best make a cuppa and return to bed. :D
Kind regards.

Blimey!! all that entertianment for only 4 quid each.
Just shows how much entrance fees have leapt up in the last 10-15 yrs and for less aircraft.
I suppose the insurance companies have something to do with that combined with the compensation culture of the country these days.

Evening Paddyboy,

What a fantastic line up for four quid !! Great value for money as always at the Air Fete :thumb:

This afternoon in sunny Dorset I paid £4.50 for an average pint :grr:

Nice thought-provoking post

Thanks for posting,

Kind Regards,

FtD

May well have been a bit 'thin on the ground' by Mildenhall standards, but still P's over most UK airshow lineups these days. :'(

Cheers for posting another in a very interesting series Unc. :thumb:

Hi Peeps :P

Thanks for peeking and replying :thumb:

Those prices do seem unbelievable, now, don't they

Who could forget THE star of the show...................... :S

The Turkish Stars commentator of course

Davie: I never got a single list at any of the fetes, as I never was into serial numbers, that's why I haven't posted any ;)

Best regards
