Funny how a DANGER AIRCRAFT ARMED sign in the foreground adds a certain something to an aircraft photo. Ideally this should be in an operational setting but also works in a display situation. Also interesting are pics of aircraft in a display situation with all the weaponry they're capable of carrying arranged around them. There are both types of photo in this set. If you have anything similar pl. feel free to add to the thread. I'd be particularly interested in seeing ones of Navy Buccaneers + Phantoms with all their weaponry.
PS - As someone asked about the timing clock in the F-15E shot I've added the rest of the set from the Weapon Loading Contest @ RIAT '99 which I came across earlier today. Bet y're all hoping for weather like that at next month's event!

International Weapons loading contest. As I recall there was also RAF Tornado and Belgian F-16 took part.

Thanks was there and don’t recall seeing that at all. And thanks for the additional pictures, or at least don’t recall seeing them previously, you have a great collection.

Thanks. It seems to improve with the passage of time. The pics of the Weapons Loading Contest were taken on the Friday when they sold tickets for the Arrivals Day. I'm guessing it was one of those competitive events that are organised to occupy aircrew/groundcrew during the week prior to the show. I appreciate having had the chance to see it as it was a great photo opportunity.

A weapons loading demonstration during the RAF Woodbridge open house held on the 7th August 1976. The F-4E was on delivery to Hahn along with 5 others and had no unit markings or tail code. The reg. was 74-1622.

Great shot. What are the stores? (Mavericks?) Also, that's an awesome line of F-4s Retro!
