Thanks for sharing this shot, I assume it was in that scheme for filming purposes. Hopefully it will revert to it's original markings at some time.

My first air experience flight was in an Anson. RAF Cosford 1960 just joined up at 15 1/2, Telegraphist. Thanks for posting brings back memories.

Mine was a year later - ATC camp at Dishforth in 1962
I was in the co-pilot#s seat. My main memory was the drafts through the holes!

Spent a few happy hours in Ansons in the A.T.C. When I had a PPL I used to fly at Booker. The Frasers owned the Anson in the photo,and it was a common sight there, and I remember marshalling it through a VERY narrow gap between parked aircraft. Don't know who owns it now.
