Does anyone know why the 13th mission symbol is red?

I believe the black is for laser designator flights and in red to show a laser guided bomb attack by itself. Initially all Buccaneer flights were designator flights only but later in the campaign when the air threat was greatly reduced they started carrying their own payload to drop after the Tornadoes had dropped theirs. If somebody knows differently then I am happy to be corrected.
