Superb Gnat studies, but it's got to be the Whispering Giant every time!

There must be an opportunity waiting to open for the 0perators to run tours of the site.

Nice shots, though it seems the airport is closed Sundays and Mondays at the moment. The Phantoms were still dismantled when I last visited. But the Buccaneers and Canberra are parked up.

That Britannia has a supporters association which only costs a tenner a year to join. A couple of times a year you get a mag, which has some interesting articles and photos. It all goes towards the upkeep of the aircraft, which on certain days of the week, access to the interior is permitted.

nice shots. Has the Gnat had a 'makeover' recently ?
It looks very tidy there, especially the canopy. Last time i saw it...looked slightly shabby.

Part of the deal with the Buccaneer Preservation Group is that they keep the Gnat, Hunter and Canberra tidy.
