lhrlima, it is the ram air turbine deployed on the Phantom. It was a QRA jet diverting in with a problem if I remember correctly.

I remember the ZR ones that arrived on a Saturday morning with an unrelated Bronco not long afterwards! The Bronco had a rather lopsided undercarriage which made the departure to KEF interesting to watch.
