From the days when a British accent would get you a ramp visit, I wanted to catch the transition from the EB-57E to the F-4.
There was one EB-57E left on the ramp, soon to be gate guard:

The F-4's had received their Vermont markings:

66470 VT F-4D Vermont ANG USAF by Keith Heywood, on Flickr

The low viz version:

Newly delivered ex 31st TFW / 307th TFS 'ZF' coded F-4D:

The obligatory T-33 hack:

Couple of interesting visitors FAA Jet Commander and a coal powered KC-135:

The Vermont branch of the Civil Air Patrol had a couple of re-purposed military aircraft, one Bird Dog and the standard ex USAF T-41A. I've been unable to identify the previous identity of the Bird Dog which although it sits in a well known Bird Dog FAA serial block it does not feature in any records I've found.... The Bird Dog's did not serve with the CAP for very long and were quickly withdrawn.

Well worth the drive from Montreal.

Love the EB57 they came to Cannon one time when I was there. If you look at the 0s there are made out to be eyes. Can't remember the toy but it was a laughing joke box the guy had in the cockpit, they would play while messing with the other aircrews

My database says N5267G is ex 51-16897, to which Baugher agrees. That Commander looks lovely!
