Just some jaded Jaguars from my junk box

Post by paddyboy » Sat Feb 15, 2020 1:38 pm

Hi Peeps :P

Yet another poor attempt at alliteration for a title

These are obviously all from my beloved Coltishall, all taken from the Scottow crash gate :D

Hope they are worth a peek ;)

Best regards as always

Great set of photos, love the Jaguar, I always liked the Jaguar in 41 Sqd marks, I only managed to get to Coltishall a few times, it was a great place for photos, thanks for posting these,

Another cracking set Paddy, Coltishall was the best RAF station for activity and movements, always something to see and a great loss, thanks for sharing.

The Colt was an awesome place.

Thanks for the memories.

Only time. Ididn't like it was when I got a rock in my radiator and had to limp back to Brandon to get it fixed. Forget what i going up to shoot. Some nice visitors I'm sure.

Far far from jaded

Just look at the camo and proper squadron markings

Really like the Arctic warrior

( I didn't get to colt that often - a couple of times I remember for Spanish phantoms and also spent the night in the car waiting for some HR F-16s to come out of the hangar)

Nice selection there Paddy. Well done for posting them. Nice to see proper planes instead of those ghastly F35 wotsits. lol.

Cheers

Don't normally reply to picture posts, but so many memories looking at your pics paddyboy. Used to go there too, sometimes into the field right next to runway 22, many happy memories.

Hi Paddyboy :P
What a great set.
Aircraft in proper markings and camo just awesome.
I spent many happy hours at that very same spot and in the field at the end of 22.

Always loved 54 Squadron marked jets especially when 732 sported a sharks mouth.
Happy memories of a much missed airfield.
Thanks for posting.

All the best

What a great start to Sunday seeing these. Makes up for Dennis rattling the windows. Particularly like the Snow cats and the T-bird tucking up the gear.
