More B-1s..
Having read someone else's post a few threads down, thought I'd share some B-1 photos as well. Have always loved these, they just look right. Weird to think that they are going to be outlived by the B-52s - these seemed like the future when they first entered service.
Earliest picture I have of a Bone, "Boss Hawg" of the 96th BW taxying into the static park at the Leuchars BoB day, September 1991.

Onto 1994, and the Reluctant Dragon from Dyess' 7th BW appeared at Mildenhall..

.. whilst 86-0132 was at Fairford later in the year

Mildenhall 96 had 86-0126:

Had to wait until Fairford 96 to get a shot of an Ellsworth machine, 85-0084:

28th BW were back at Fairford the following year showing off their tiger credentials:

Whilst over in the static display the same year was a Kansas ANG example (from memory don't think the ANG operated these for long?)

Then again, here's 85-0080 from the same unit at Avalon in Australia in 2001 so I guess they got a good few years out of them.

Fast forward a bit to 2006, and a Dyess machine on the north side flightline waiting for its slot in the flying display:

Love those burners!
85-0061 B&W by Alistair Henderson, on Flickr
And even more recently, a B-1 sunrise over Gloucestershire

Guess I'd better get back to work..

Really enjoyed those, brings back some nice memories...
Re: More B-1s..
Some great memory joggers and good pictures to boot. However, the last shot is one of the best shots of them parked up I have seen.
