'Daks Over Prestwick' Static Event 25/5/19

Post by prefontaine72 » Sat May 25, 2019 11:03 pm

Went down to this today to get some close up shots etc, and also got some shots of the Support Beech 200 with nice Tail Art and to put
it mildly the weather was dire :grr: anyway good to see Mike (punkrunner 62) and Brian (BFM) hope you get the camera sorted mate, and quick hello to muscat90 LM47 and to Craig Tempest 09 :thumb:

Still very nice Dougie despite the conditions. Well caught.

Fine shots Dougie, you had pretty grim conditions and it got much worse later on, we were lucky being in early and going round quickly.
Cheers Mike.

Great post Dougie

Love the US Air Force one - looks like it could have been taken in the 50s / 60s

Cheers

Some great nose art there. Loving D-Day Doll. Her and Biscuit Bomber look most authentic.
