RIAT '99 - Colour schemes, competition & F4 arrival

Post by F3 » Sun Apr 14, 2019 8:52 pm

Whilst selecting the NATO 50th Ann. schemes for a previous post I flicked through the films taken @ the '99 RIAT and came across a lot of interesting images and would like to share this selection showing some of the more arresting colour schemes on show, the Pit Stop Challenge Competition, in which teams of ground crew from various NATO air forces competed against the clock to arm an unfamiliar a/c type, and the arrival of an F-4, which represented half of the examples of the type in attendance.
