XL231 at night and day..

Post by andyxh558 » Sun Nov 06, 2016 8:50 pm

As the nights have drawn in i decided to edit a few pics i havent seen in a few years and found a couple of lindy over the years ive been an honorary member of the team. Many thanks to Andre and the team for giving me the access i have had.

First couple were taken last year before the main one the museum and another company did.

The next few were on the eve and during the 20th anniversary of Lindy landing for the final time at Elvington, in the hands of Andre Tempest her owner, who has kept her as she was in the RAF, even doing the Anti Det runs

Simply beautiful.
Brings back great memories of walking the 55Line at Marham in the 80s working on these beauties
Critically observing Pension regulatory activity... :D
