That is one bird I'd wish I'd gotten good shots of (the ones I did have were shot on film, and weren't all that great and they got lost along with a few more of my photos I had).
She sure was good looking bird. And the best of all the cats.
The only chance I got to see one flying was with some F-18s over here on the NW coast doing an exercise, it was off in the distance and not doing very much at all.

saw one fly at mildenhall once but im pretty sure i didnt even know what a camera was then! my favourite jet of all time and really gutted i wont get a decent pic of one flying but got these from a visit to florida last year at the museum of naval aviation on NAS pensacola.
these were shot from a moving bus tour so be gentle!
