1979 was also my first Greenham. When the heavens opened on the Sunday morning we sheltered under the wing of the Italian Atlantique, which didn’t afford much protection! Thanks for sharing.

Brought back memories of a great day, was there yesterday walking around the airfield and sampling the coffee and cake afterwards from the tower cafe.
