Where were the A-7s, Headdancer and KC-10 parked at Wittering? Have heard the A-7s were over the far side?

i remember them very well.. great pics and thanks for sharing. There was a story about the officers mess. While they were there some smart alec decided that they would dress in black pajamas and a reed hat ala viet kong. Suffice to say as some of the pilots served in Vietnam and if i remember one had been in the Hanoi Hilton it didnt go down well.
