This is the first time I have seen the Vampire since it was at Duxford in 1978 (or at least the first time I have a note of it)

and of course the Beverly

Thanks for sharing these with us, I visited this museum back in August 2022. If in the area, really worth visiting, plenty of interest. I don't think there's any local public transport, no doubt someone can confirm. Nice to see that the Gannet has found a new home and looking good. Then there's the Beverley, despite living at the other end of the country, I look forward to returning to see it complete. Thanks for sharing these with us.

I agree its a very nice little museum, they also have a Tornado waiting to go on display , I guess its hangared at present , hopefully by time of next years Tac-Blaze the Beverly will be complete

will be nice to see it complete again, Its a shame Cosford couldn't have picked it up would look good with the Britannia, Belfast and Hercules ,

Far to few British built airliner/transports in preservation

Thank you for posting.
Good to see the Beverley in its new home.
I wonder why Elvington didn’t want it, what with its Yorkshire heritage.

Regards,
Ferrari
