Absolutely top draw subjects, very professional. Again thanks for sharing them with us, a real privilege.

Everyone has a photographic memory; some just don't have film.

Those are absolute tops in the shots department, what a subject and what a capture, thank you for posting.

Stunning set of some amazing aircraft and great to see the ground and aircrews going about their daily work as well.

Thank you all for your kind replies.
Compared to other IAF aircraft I photographed during my IAF visit, these MiG-25 are in near "pristine" condition!
Cheers, Peter
A Jaguar IB. The mixed formation was part of the same air to air session as the single MiG-25R.
As far as I know, the paint has no "heat shielding" properties, but has to be able to withstand high temperatures of around 300 degrees.

Not being able to have an accompanying "story" on flickr is a real disadvantage and I may make my own website instead of having a flickr pro account.Canberra TT.18 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 24, 2025 9:55 pmAs I already had a glimpse of the pictures at your Flickr page I only can say, that including the great explanation and story's of making the pictures, these pictures are among the best of the best I have ever seen on any forum or site.
I think showing the people does make it possible to tell the story.

Now you're just showing off Peter!
Seriously, Indian Mig 25s!
Have you thought about getting a book printed with all of your combined exploits. I for one would buy it.

Wow, just wow! Speechless.
Amazed at how much vegetation is growing behind the jet pipes - I can see it's been scorched, but you'd think it would be a real fire risk though.
Fantastic picture set.

Its gonna rain, its gonna rain till the levee breaks, a tidal wave of fear and pain washes us away, another fight into the night until nothing else remains, how do we find harbour from the Hurricane?

Some folk really know how to rub it in your face.
Pah, who wants Foxbats anyway, or any Indian MiGs for that matter? And I'm going to criticise that formation picture as the MiGs are not in numerical order! Bad planning.
I'm off to sulk and lie down now.
