I took a Foto of this tail part in Jever 1997.
The formidable German Vikings 2ship naval display team from MFG2 based at Eggebek were on farewell tour in 1986.

Thanks for this interesting pic. F-104s were always great to see and the Vikings were a highlight. I do remember seeing the Slivers too, regulars at Biggin Hill shows. But for some reason they wouldn't operate from there, but would outbase to Manston for the show. I assume that some also remember the Canadians displaying at shows for a while, the Tiger Romeo's.

Tiger Romeos i remember Display at IAT
Greenham Common Must be in the Late Seventies. We made it from my home in Germany to England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 only for IAT 🙂
