Mobile to New Orleans

Guys

I will be travelling to New Orleans from Mobile passing Gulfport/Biloxi RAP
As it is a Civil Airport.will I be able to see the US Army(1108th TASMG MS ANG)
Spotting and Photo's

PS,Any other locations I can Spot/Photograph in the area without getting into trouble
In other words,shared locations with the civil
A 100% military location will just be so hard
