Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
Not sure about the prominent water mark?
Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
Maybe he got bored of people stealing his images?
And if the watermark spoils the post then, in my opinion, it's a very shallow way to view photos

I was just formulating the same type of response and you often find those that complain are those that ......crazydunc wrote:Maybe he got bored of people stealing his images?

Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
there's a fair few people there just to see 2 tin triangles
Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
Photo 3 what a great shot something different, and a wonderful skyline to go with it.
Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
Is it known how long this exercise is on for.....
Presumably most aircraft will depart at night from Fairford, especially the B2's.

Great pics, but very distracting, like a mole on the face of a very pretty girl.

Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
I am not complaining about the water mark - I just think the pics would look better without a water mark.
Nice pics (much better than mine - I was there today) but I don't really think people would steal the image - they are not in that league.

Some excellent shots there, the one where its going over the road is amazing, very nice
Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
Really like shot 3 - very atmospheric!

Absolutely mouth watering

Well, if I'm honest, it's the photographers choice to make. It's his intellectual property to protect how he wishes. Regardless of your uninformed opinions.slogen51 wrote:

You can still see the picture, it's composition, the colours and the subject. So what is the big deal?
I stand by my earlier statement, if you can't see past a watermark on a picture, then that is a very shallow way to look at ANY image.
Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
Love the shot over the road mate, thats one full end of runway
Re: DEATHly action at Fairford
Nice and crisp, good to see the gang welcoming their arrival..

B2's, to me, always look "other-worldly". They don't look as though they should be able to fly in a controlled manner, but they're graceful at the same time.
In photo 3, the fact there's normality in the image - People, Trees, Road, Sign posts - seems to heighten that freakish quality!
Re watermarks, if you can't see past em, you ain't qualified to comment on images of any sort!
Great set!
