Here's of a brief summary of three hours (2 Hours 9th, 30mins 10th, 30mins 11th) of spotting this week.

Cracking set there sir. Love the SHAR with the tower snap. Could quite easily pass for it being a landing shot of it on the main runway :thumb:

I like the folded rescue cab as well, i think Sea Kings (and Merlins) look proper 'ansome all folded up.

Another excellent collection old boy,stunning captures.It never ceases to amaze me how you can get such splendid images without getting any smoke in the frame,good show!

Very nice Malf i like the harrier in front of the tower and the sea king with the rotor's folded,did you walk past the cafe and round the fence to get the harrier's?

Very nice set, all cracking shots but the Sea King with the folded rotors has got to be the pick of the bunch..
The Sea Harriers should really be flying.

It is possible to do so that way, Chris. However that way is like a swamp at the moment. I chose the other route, around the back of Flambards, a very pleasant, bucolic perambulation , lovely, sweeping views over the Helston Downs- and so peacefull!

On my customary post-work drive-past of the camp today at 13:00, i noticed a pair of visitors preparing for departure, and a rather unusual(for CU)pair of visitors they were.

That's a nice catch with the Puma's Malf, thank's for the info where to go for the Harrier's i will have to give it a try if they are out and about next time i'm down there which should be June all being well.Hope you have a nice xmas and new year.
