Three in total. The other two are due to be delivered in 2015 and 2017 respectively.

Yes, they have been converted to CFM56 engines. The cockpits are also part-glass, rather than 49 year old dials!

please tell me they are not calling it 'Airseeker'?
I'm pretty sure i read some where they were calling it rivet joint

Airseeker was the name of the project, so the aircraft will still be called Rivet Joint.

I wonder if the aircraft will change designation at all - I've seen RC-135W banded about but I wonder if it'll gain an 'R1' designation?
