Headed over to Leuchars today with mr Scobie (iains) in the hope of catching some French Navy exercise traffic arriving. Im not sure I have eagerly awaited aircraft participants for an exercise, as much as I have the thought of some Super Etendard's, so really didn't want to miss them, especially as I was on a day off.
Anyway, A French Navy Fa10 arrived around 10:30L and not long after my Gamble in the North East of Fife paid off: Kimono 11flt and 21flt were checking in on Scottish. A total of 7 Rafales who joined for a sporty fly through before splitting and recovering.

And then just an hour later, the Super E's began to show their presence, in two flights of three (seperated by a couple of hours). Boy, I love these jets!
