Heath, Hall and Marham

Post by mikee115 » Mon Oct 15, 2012 8:57 pm

Day out to with Stroudy for some jet noise. Hall was disappointing but lots going on at Marham. Weather was hit and miss. Here are some of what we saw.
Comments very welcome.

Not a bad day overall and nice to see some action.
One question. Are they tactical refueling at Marham for an exercise this week or to train for deployment?

Thanks for looking
Mike

Was a good day out, near on a 400 mile round trip for some good jet noise! Maybe a 135 or two next time.

My feet are now dry.

Lovely light on those eagles! 9 Squadron take over from 2 (AC) Squadron in the next month or two so they are working up for that.
