Nice catch, translated from their Dutch website:
[Skyline Aviation are] The specialist in the Netherlands in target towing, electronic warfare, communications failure, radar calibration, and providing a variety of flying platforms for testing or training.
More on the L39 -

I reckon that counts, as well as being an Ex mil type.

Hi Marcus
It appears usually once a year some times with a learjet.
on speaking with the crews it operates attacking ships out in the north sea so will be flying about I would guess next week.

This was also in a couple of months ago working with G-MAFF testingradar systems at Aberwick moor. I'll have to check the date on my images. Think it's been in 3-4 times this year alone.

It operates as a CAS platform for Dutch FAC's amongst other things, in the same way that 100Sqn support JFACTSU.
