Today was one of the busiest Friday afternoons for a long time. The 10 GR4s that were due to depart for Lajes on Saturday actually went today (due to the impending bad weather over the Atlantic) and the Typhoon visited due to Coningsby having a problem for a short time.

Anyway on with the show, I apologize for the similar make up of the photos

1. ZJ924 visiting because of problems at Coningsby.

4. This replaced 027 (tail code) which went U/S.


5. Then a returning 2 Sqn jet after a local sortie (Valkyrie 01) in between the two waves.

Ahhhhh..shiny 2, memories of FR10 Hunters at ETUO but those Tonkas look seriously sexy

Great set there mate! Good catch on shiny two! How heavy do those tonkas look with the third tank! Great to see though!
