First day of Cobra Warrior 25-1

Post by Tonka 617 » Wed Feb 26, 2025 7:52 am

The start of Cobra Warrior 25-1 was the perfect trip out to try out the new lens. The day was most definitely won by the Saudi's, giving some spirited go arounds down at the 02 end in the morning, and a lively missed approach in the evening to finish the day off.

A nice bonus to catch one of the Reapers in the air in the morning

A few efforts from the day from both 02 and 20 end

Thanks for posting and what a superb set of images from a variety of positions which is great to see and adds so much to your images.

Given the lack of parking at the 02 end, did you use a bicycle to get between 20 and 02?

For parking down the 02 end, I used Black Cats Travel (search them on Facebook) they are providing car parking in their compound and then shuttle buses to and from the lay-by at the 02, for £15. I used it twice and was very impressed with their service
