No "or some such" about it - Government of Pakistan. Not civilian as that would be AP-xxx.

I was thinking more as it appears to be a bit unusal some more obvious info, I don't tend to read the links under pics. OK who's/whose. I'm particualry interested because Biggin is my local, so info like is it in for some work at Bombardier or a visiting dignitary if known would've been good, that's all.
