Spanish Army at Wattisham 11/09/24.

It's been quite the eight days for rare helicopters in Suffolk what with the MH-47s and now these Spanish lovelies!

ET-803 and ET-813, a rather fine pair of FAMET NH-90s, arrived at Wattisham on 9th September enroute to Scotland. I caught them departing this morning to Sleap as Juggernaut 01 - 04, with Apaches ZM713 & ZM723 keeping them company.

Thanks for sharing.
It seems reasonable to assume the NH-90 pair may be back again for their return leg in the near future(?)

They came out well considering the distance at Wattisham

Glad I made the effort

( ZM723 was plotting as ZM724 so beware the hex!)

In anorak parlance ZM723 is a deck pot for me as it was NRO ( not read off) at Mildenhall!

Yep, the roll of the dice worked out OK I think. Good to catch up Mike.
