From the Hands of the People, to the Hearts of the People

Hi All,

Close to two weeks were spent circumnavigating the island of Taiwan before heading over to South Korea with the hope of seeing the last of the ROKAF Phantoms before their retirement. What unfolded over those days was truly remarkable, we were so lucky with Taiwain, getting to see all of the items I had hope to see and I would have been happy with seeing a single Phantom but it just so happened to be the day we were there was the day they chose to fly all four commemorative jets on an air to air photo sortie, enjoy the show!

Absolutely Tremendous set of photo's! No words though can do justice to the variety, colours and quality of the subjects. Wonderful to see aircraft from countries I can only dream of visiting - too old now! Thank you so much for posting these. What chance of luring the Taiwanese team to RIAT?!!!!!

As soon as I saw an F5 in these shots I thought Paddbyboy's Northrop homing device would have activated

Excellent pictures of a variety of interesting and not often seen aircraft! Thanks for posting.

Wonderful photos of wonderful subjects.

A bit surprised to see the F-5s as I thought I'd read they'd been withdrawn from service earlier in the year.
