At the 24th of April an 'English Invasion' was expected at Gilze-Rijen, with a number of Chinooks, Apaches and Wildcats coming by for a refuel on their way to Finland.
Headed out early to catch the first flight of Dutch Apaches going out. The first new Dutch E's I managed to catch.

The sun went behind the clouds before their departure and we where in for a morning of sun, hail, heavy rain and a cold northern wind. The Nehterlands has been soaking wet for the past 8-9 month's; exceptionall.
The Brits came in just in between two heavy showers. Let's not talk about the light please.

A wrong guess made me drive to the other side of the runway, only to find out that they would be departing northbound via the crossed runway. With all the construction works at the north side it took a bit of time to find a good parking spot, but this was actually the best spot of the day
