Really nice well done
Who needs to go to Germany
The first photo I look at 80-0250 is the one I need
I wouldn't be at all surprised if they transit back through Prestwick!

I've just returned from a cruise and thought I would catch up on events around the UK.
As is so often the case, Prestwick attracts the most fabulous visitors and I am always compelled to comment on your excellent captures.
I really miss the European 'WR' and 'SP' Hogs from days well and truly gone and as usual, your pics are truly wonderful.
Thanks for sharing them for us all to enjoy

Excellent captures

They look so good in the grey scheme, latter days when they were based here was that 'Europe 1' dark green/grey scheme - truly awful to photograph.... but it wasn't for our benefit
On Coronet deployments from the 'olden days' they frequently carried two large wing mounted ferry tanks, clearly they can get away now with the single centre line.
I would suspect that most of these airframes are probably older than the pilots
Thanks for posting

According to Ian Allen's "Military Aircraft Marking" book for 1984, two of them were part of the 81st TFW. Namely 80-0218 & 81-0955
