A rather chilly Lakenheath...

Post by TallDan76 » Mon Dec 19, 2022 8:03 pm

I braved a rather chilly RAF Lakenheath on Friday, with the temp registering a rather cold -6c by the forest entrance...

First up, the Eagles:

If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

The moon shot is cool, but I really love 1 and 9 for the wintery tree lines as background.
Great set.

Super set and what a day, cold but so different. love all the frosty shoots but No.1 is the one for me. I tried down the lane when the 35,s quick climbed to get the moon with no luck. Think i might have walked passed you on the Brandon Rd as you took the moon shoot and I asked you any luck, you had a great big smile on you face which said it all, well done super capture and what an airframe to get it with one in a million 👍
