Few shots from yesterday before it rained, I'm still learning the craft as I said before, some of the pictures people add on here are simply stunning

I wouldn't be too self critical.

A fine selection with some interesting back grounds which I would be very happy with

In general a really good set. If I may offer some constructive feedback;
1. Go easy with lightning of the shadows. In a few of your shots, it looks like you've pushed it too far, and it doesn't look natural.
2. Watch out for your backgrounds, especially masts as in you F35 shot with the mast coming (seemingly) out of the cockpit.

That's the sort of help I need, I'm always conscious of the subject being dark so I do have a tendency to brighten them up, I still have lots from yesterday so I will alter how I process them. As for the objects, that's my own daft stupidity, but in fairness, I hadn't noticed it, so I will be more careful.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, it is exactly the sort of help I need.

Regards

Andrew

Andrew...no problem. To get the aircraft lighter against the bright sky, dial in some exposure compensation (2/3 to 1 stop should be sufficient).
