Saudi RE-3A departing Waddington

One of the rarest visitors to grace Waddingtons runway in many a year is this RSAF RE-3A. The delays to its departure turned out to be a blessing as when it did finally go. the light could not have been better.

Taken from the opposite end of the airfield to the Wave.

Superb planning in 'noticing' the sun had gone over to the other side & positioning accordingly.
I presume that due to the intolerance of the Local Landowner (fully justified !) toward inconsiderate enthusiasts & general riff-raff that you positioned in a gateway on the Lincoln Rd between Vicarage Lane & the farm entrance?
In any case, these are certainly the most absolutely perfect set of shots I've seen from this fortuitously delayed event. Yet again 'PPPPPP' wins-out.
