Recent visit to RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath

Post by LTFT5 » Mon Aug 02, 2021 7:37 am

Hi,
I spent four great days at "The Nook" in what can only be described as very very hot sunshine.
Heat haze was the major problem, especially at Lakenheath, resulting in many binned shots.
There was some nice visitors at Mildenhall including a Voyager which diverted due to the runway "melting" at Brize Norton.
Great to see Neil, Paul, John and many others during my stay.
