Nice light on this nice aircraft. Is this the only spot you can take pictures on rwy26 approach nowadays?

Cheers,
Ranger

Ok, reason for asking is I have seen some footage where I noticed an earth wall inside the base along the perimeter road on both approaches preventing on base view.
Wondering the spot in the woods on rwy26 approach is still good for taking pictures in the approach? Maybe you know?

Cheers,
Ranger

There still is an somewhat open spot in the woods next to the approach of RWY26 where you can take better side-on pictures ...

It used to be very open in the past but trees are growing more and more there.

There's still a little bit of an open place in the woods where you can get better landing shots, as long as you use a ladder to see over the fence and earth wall.
