K-46 Mildenhall

Post by Dave934 » Fri Nov 15, 2019 6:59 pm

Apologies that these are very similar to Dingers post..we must have been next to eachother !
So...What a result for me, I got to work this morning, put the scanner on and straight away I heard "Reach 46 ready to taxi"
I hadn't even turned the car off, so straight back over to Folly :D

And finally, everybody over Folly this morning would like to thank the driver of this van for constantly driving up and down in front of us making photography difficult ! I'm sure it wasn't on purpose though.

Nice to see "The Locals" again, sorry it was such a short visit from me, I'll catch up with you all again soon.
Thanks for Looking.
PS..The head on shot has had the wind sock cloned out of in front of the engine if it looks a bit weird.
Dave.

PMSL...Mate, it's been a nightmare recently...I'm back to west suffolk hospital again tomorrow (was there yesterday too)
I've had so many appointments my firm have lost track...They are just glad to see me at all
I felt terrible this morning, I got to work on time, then left within 5 minutes to get the KC-46A. I felt really bad for them !! (I made the time up though I stayed an hour late)
Sometimes I feel that life is too short to spend it always working, I've just got to convince my boss that I'm right, and he is wrong :P
It's a simple thing like getting a few shots of a plane that makes you happy all day.
Thanks for the comments chaps, it's appreciated.
Dave.

I've just done the same Dave so work life balance is a little sweeter for me now.
Great shots considering the weather
All the best
