V-280 Valor

Post by hawgwash » Mon Oct 21, 2019 10:18 pm

Developed by Bell and Lockheed Martin for the US Army's Future Vertical Lift program to replace the UH-60 Blackhawk family. Shot at Alliance Fort Worth yesterday.

We'll see if this is the future or if the S-97 Raider gets the job.

Now that is ugly , looks like the result of a drunken liaison between an Osprey , Blackhawk and Beech Bonanza !

Nice catch though , Matt .

The size of that cockpit is huge.

Great set of Photos Matt. I guess these, if selected, will be self-deployable? I can't see them easily fitting in a C-5/17 or coming down the ramp of the ARC Endurance.
