Lossiemouth 14 May 2019

Post by toom317 » Wed May 15, 2019 1:55 pm

Headed up to Lossie, the main aim was to get a pic of the Jayhawk on an F16. Luckily I did get it, as the aircraft returned without it. I was told it was the last one they had brought with them, so a stroke of good fortune there. There were 3 P8's throughout the day, and 9 Typhoons flying, but only 3 in Sqn markings. I did get my first 9 Sqn marked airframes, the 9 special was also out on the line, but it never flew. It seemed it was an awayday for the S-M gang, as Walter and Alwyn were up there, and caught up with Neil, and Niall. Great day out, weather was fantastic, loads of pics and most of them keepers.

It's a bummer when work gets in the way of your hobby Alan.

Great to shots from Lossie - keep 'em coming

I still think the bat should be further up the tail , near the top.
