Navy Super Hornets in Switzerland

Hey Guys,

As many of you may know, two US Navy Super Hornets went to Payerne in Switzerland last month (via Prestwick) for the Swiss fighter evaluation trial.
At the end of April I made it to Payerne to catch the F/A-18F and was lucky with the weather and the photo spots... :thumb:
Let's see which fighter will make it in the end. My favourite one would be the Super Hornet but what do I know...

The Super Hornets flew twice that day, in the morning and in the afternoon with US and Swiss pilots.

The second one was "clean"...

And some swiss stuff.

Although the whole base is fenced now, Payerne still offers many nice photo spots with fancy backgrounds.

Always nice to see a military Turbo Porter.

Thanks for looking and best regards
