Some epic shots there, good to see the herc still up and about, reminds me of the old Lyneham days!

Re: BOWNESS BAY low pass
How is it in all the shots with 2 aircraft, the No.2 is a C4 with tanks fitted, yet pic 6 has 2 C5's?

5 and 6 are the same shot with the far off Herc added in in shot 6.
Re: BOWNESS BAY low pass
Very nice, esp the last one with the backdrop of the fells. Looks like a Star Trek mission to me.
Re: BOWNESS BAY low pass
You are right l wonted to show how close they were but the closer the came was hard to zoom on one and then the next I should have paid more attention to the the bodies
Re: BOWNESS BAY low pass

Great shots, maybe the best ones I saw this year until now.

First and last ones for me. The one through the glass window is an excellent composition.

Re: BOWNESS BAY low pass
No just the two with a 100-400 lens on the closer they got you could only follow one at a time my mistake to put the two together using the wrong one I was trying to show how close they were when they passed
Re: BOWNESS BAY low pass
So it's a composite, not real! And judging by your first shot, that's a composite as well. If you're going to do that you could at least say in your post, instead of giving the impression it's real.
