Liking that last one in SAOEU mks. A very rare bird indeed. Also Lardyboy's Cottesmore set from his lofty perch in the control tower. Seems from his last one that the Tonka was also a most effective snow clearer!

As no - one has posted any pics of Cottesmore's Team Blade, a three ship comprised of jets from each of the 3 nations involved in the TTTE, which performed on special occasions such as the annual Community Days I think there is a need to remedy that discrepancy so here's a set taken @ the '96 event.

I cant believe this one is 13 years old. I like the way its lit from the lake underneath. The next shot was an inverted blurred look into the cockpit and shot at 135mm.

Love Aircraft with special colour schemes and special marked tails, unfortunately most GR.4 Tails escaped me the one which I most regret not seeing was the Red XV Tail from 2015. The one I remember I liked the most was the Dambusters Tail from 2013 - only really saw both at Leuchars 2013 as I missed them both at Lossie as we were delayed arriving one day and they (well at least one) had departed before we arrived and never returned until we had left.

speaking of special tails. Here is a very RARE bird. a 56 Sqn marked GR4. The aircraft was laid up in Akrotiri whilst we were on detachment. it would have been rude not to!!!!
