Now They're Gone...

A few from Tuesday gone, where the light along with the amount of movements, proved very cruel on both fronts.... :thumb:

Great shots, John. The title should be "Now they're gone" though. :)

Nice shots of what must have been the shortest ever exercise - 1 hour plus transit to and from the exercise area!

Superb set John. Loving those Rafales esp the Tiger tail job and can almost feel the heat from that F-15E which featured in the Forces TV news footage. Just a tad busier than Leeming but not back in the day!

Images are nice and sharp, but you've really gone in hard with the saturation!

Thanks to each of you for the interest and comment on the shots. For those that were there on Tuesday  ,only they will understand my reason
for going OTT on the colour saturation. The sightings bar one moment and Rafale arrival, were dressed in ghastly drab grey  .Just before the main arrival
the sun came out for a few minutes and everyone was living every second of that brilliant light. Like all cruel twists of fate though it went back to darkness just
at the moment we needed the light :P .So my only revenge on mother nature and the awful light situation, is use the tools the computer provides to make a scene of my liking :halo: :thumb:

Hit and miss day with the light but at least it came out for the final few recoveries chap.

Sorry JB but over saturating like that is just poor editing. You should be de-saturating if anything.
And no need to incorporate more pictures with every reply.Please.....................
