RAF Coningsby 4th April 2018

Took a gamble and pre-booked a day off work over the Easter school holiday to take the daughter to Coningsby. We set off from Yorkshire in absolutely appalling weather, but by the time we got to Coningsby we had blue skies (for the first hour)

Your gamble was well worth it for that 1st pic which is absolutely stunning. The 100th scheme on the Tiffie is underwhelming but loving the Lightning in the background on the last pic. Well remember making many happy trips down to Coningsby from North Yorks myself in the days of the F3!
