The Guys in the front with the helmets on! (last one aint a Pilot, coz he don't got anat!) ;)

PS:- Great shots! Looks like business as usual despite the new fence.

You don't need a pilot in the cockpit when towing the aircraft - but you do need someone (usually ground crew) to hit the brakes if needed.
