RAF Brize Norton 13/03/17

Post by A380_sully » Fri Mar 17, 2017 9:04 am

Working at various locations has its benefits and this week found me within 45 miles of Brize Norton. So on the conclusion of my meetings I jumped in the car for a ganders at what was about, rather than staring at the 4 walls of a hotel room.

Arriving at Brize. things were a little quiet due to the earlier Notam and most aircraft either staying airborne or stopping off at other airfields prior to the runway re-opening. The light was a bit flat and milky. until the clouds broke and gave us a bit of a nice sunset. I would love to return when the sunset is in full fire mode.

Things began to return and I post here a few I've managed to look at since my return home.....
