RNAS Yeovilton in October

Post by Cessna954 » Sat Nov 01, 2014 10:24 pm

A selection of images from Yeovilton during last month. Unfortunately I was working when the really interesting stuff came in (Czech Casa 295, Danish C-130 etc.)

The Lynx HMA8s of 815 NAS remain very active.

Does anyone know the out of service dates for the various older Lynx versions

I had heard that the AH.7 is due to retire at the end of 2015, not sure on the AH.9A (assume given the mods its got more time)

Any ideas?

Great set, good to see some Heli action for VL, lovely sharp shots
Think I need to get down there again myself in the spring.
Thanks for sharing
