It's a French Navy E-2C,they've only got 3 !
Re: Garden spotting OTT'ers
First posting, and I realise that the photos are quite ancient, I used to live by the side of Alconbury airfield back in 94 when it was still active. These three photos were all taken from my garden. Apologies for the quality, scanned from dusty old slides. I have no idea what the two liners were up to with the old fighter in the third photo, but they circled around for ages. I seem to recall that the fighter had NAVY under the wing, the only other info is the date from the slide November 1994.
The U2's were flying out every morning and woke me at 7am prompt! I think they were going over to the Yugoslav conflict.

How about these. August '08 I was sitting in my loft conversion (in Gloucestershire) working on the computer when I heard jet noise.
Looked out of the window and thought 'Holy S*"#!'
Grabbed my camera & started snapping, no time to check the settings.
Lots of pics, lots of silhouettes, but still worth the effort!
